Shipping
- Order Processing: Once your order is received, it will be processed within 24-48 hours and a confirmation email will be sent to you!

Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except damaged goods and quality issues.
- In case of these problems please email us at contact@thegatak.com.
- You must provide pictures of the item as well as the purchase receipt to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
We do not accept returns of our products, but we would gladly replace them at no charge to you.
Refunds (If applicable):
- In the event that a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Conditions and Limitations:
- Product Condition: For us to process a return or refund, the returned item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Exchange Availability: Given the perishable nature of our products, exchanges may not be possible in all cases. If an exchange is not feasible, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, such as a refund or store credit.
